We are currently seeking an energetic Sales Administrator who can hit the ground running to join our sales team on on a full-time basis at our brand new Wattleup facility.  Working as part of a busy, hands on team, you must demonstrate a proven commitment to customer relationship management and sales experience.  Dealing with our clients from around the globe, candidates that can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills will be highly sought after.  

To be successful you must have exceptional organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and show initiative.  Multi skilling and sound computer skills are all essential qualities.  Previous experience working in a mining, manufacturing or industrial roles will be advantageous as would demonstrated knowledge of foreign currency and freight and logistics. 

 

Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Customer liaison.
  • Preparation of quotes, tracking of orders and estimated delivery dates.
  • Preparation of invoicing.
  • Assist to produce sales reports and KPIs.
  • Supporting and assisting Account Managers.
  • Ensuring accurate information is entered into Pronto ERP, including part numbers.
  • Update and management of information into our CRM system.
  • Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Candidates who have experience using Pronto and advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be highly regarded.
