Title:  Custodian

SUMMARY Keep the premises of building, internal and or external in clean and orderly condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, not limited to, other duties and or

responsibilities may be assigned.

· Pick-up, sweep & mop assigned areas.

· Empty trash cans in assigned areas.

· Empty steel bins and/or scrap bins in assigned areas.

· Wipe down & clean cabinets, desk, etc, in assigned areas.

· Wipe down & clean machinery in assigned areas.

· Keep maintenance closet picked up & in proper order.

· Make sure all dirty mop heads are put in proper location.

· Report any malfunction or problems with the rider & walk behind floor scrubbers to supervisor.

· Keep all shop corners picked-up & cleaned.

· Keep area behind all shop machines picked-up & cleaned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Must be able to pass background/drug tests.
