H-E Parts International is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join our in-house IT team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to contribute to a global organization that is actively exploring AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

 

Position Summary

The Infrastructure Analyst will support, monitor, and enhance the core infrastructure platforms critical to H-E Parts International’s operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills across Azure and network infrastructure, a keen understanding of monitoring and telemetry, and a proactive approach to vendor and system management. This role requires an ability to work independently while coordinating with global IT resources and business stakeholders. This role involves problem-solving, user support, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a manufacturing-focused corporate environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Administer and support cloud infrastructure environments, primarily Microsoft Azure

· Manage and optimize network infrastructure across global sites (WAN, LAN, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN)

· Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and telemetry platforms to ensure system uptime and performance (e.g., Azure Monitor, PRTG, or equivalent)

· Support Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity services (including Azure AD and hybrid configurations)

· Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and recovery procedures

· Track, coordinate, and manage vendor engagements, including support contracts and incident escalations

· Monitor infrastructure security and support patching, compliance, and audit initiatives

· Respond to IT support tickets and infrastructure-related incidents; resolve or escalate as appropriate

· Participate in infrastructure lifecycle planning, from requirements through design, implementation, and decommissioning

· Provide cross-functional support for IT projects, including site deployments, upgrades, and integration initiatives

· Participate in after-hours support rotations and assist with disaster recovery readiness.

· Collaborate with other IT team members and business units to ensure infrastructure alignment with organizational needs.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud environments

· Proficiency with network infrastructure concepts and tools (routing, switching, firewalls, wireless)

· Working knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and alerting platforms

· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD

· Competency with Windows Server and common enterprise tools (e.g., DNS, DHCP, GPO)

· Solid understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)

· Ability to manage infrastructure incidents and outages with urgency and precision

· Strong communication skills and ability to document and present technical material clearly

· Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform) is a plus

· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities

· Able to work independently and in a global, team-oriented environment

 

Preferred (Not Required) Skills

· Experience with Fortinet firewalls and security fabric

· Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery technologies

· Exposure to Microsoft Intune, FortiClient, and conditional access policies

· Understanding of ITIL framework and service management practices

· Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment

 

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

· 3+ years in an IT infrastructure support or operations role

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
