POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a driven and resourceful IT Support Officer who is eager to launch or grow their career in a global industrial business that is using technology to transform how work gets done. In this hands-on role, you will deliver high-impact IT support with a strong focus on our executive and C-suite teams. You will play a key part in implementing IT policies, managing hardware and systems, and supporting business-critical initiatives like AI adoption and digital workplace tools. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Deliver Outstanding Support: Provide first and second-level IT support to all staff with a focus on fast, professional service, especially for executive and C-suite users.

· Champion IT Security: Enforce IT security protocols and promote awareness of best practices to protect systems and data.

· Enable AI and Digital Tools: Support the deployment, adoption, and troubleshooting of AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise and other modern productivity solutions.

· Manage IT Resources: Maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment to ensure reliability.

· Administer Azure Active Directory: Handle user and group administration, access control, and daily identity management tasks.

· Support Communication Systems: Set up and support VoIP phones, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems.

· Uphold Global IT Standards: Maintain systems in line with our Managed Operation Environment (MOE) and follow global IT policies.

· Asset Management: Assist in tracking, maintaining, and reporting on IT hardware and software assets.

· Create SOPs and Training Materials: Document repeatable processes and help deliver training for new tools and technologies.

· Collaborate and Contribute: Partner with the global IT team across infrastructure, applications, and data to support business projects and service improvements.

· Be a Safety Champion: Prioritize safety in all activities, use PPE, and follow company guidelines.

· Promote Core Values: Reflect company values in all support interactions and teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

· Experience: 2 to 3 years in an IT support role with a strong focus on customer service, including direct support for executive and senior leadership teams

· Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts

· Communication: Clear and professional communicator, able to support users at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-suite personnel

· Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Professionalism: Demonstrates discretion, trustworthiness, and maturity when handling confidential or sensitive information

· Travel: Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred:

· Cloud Experience: Exposure to Microsoft Azure, including user administration, licensing, and cloud-based infrastructure

· Virtualization: Familiarity with Hyper-V or similar virtualization platforms

· AI and Digital Tools: Interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools such as ChatGPT, and a willingness to support their rollout and adoption

· IT Certifications: Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar

· Process & Documentation: Experience developing user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or training materials

· Global Support Exposure: Experience working in a global or multi-site environment across time zones and business units
