POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Integral part of the financial operations of the company, to include the production of monthly financial reports and analyses and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. Role will support HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and the CEO office as the primary finance contact and will help shape how the company uses data, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled tools to make smarter, faster decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the business units supported.

· Partner with division controllers to deliver the Revenue Flash, Sales Backlog and New Orders, Inventory Days on Hand (DOH) reports and other month-end close related reporting.

· Process employee expense reimbursements weekly via Concur and serve as the administrator for the application.

· Assist in managing banking relationships and supporting weekly cash management analysis to ensure payment of payroll and vendor invoices.

· Partner with division management team to drive operational efficiencies (KPI monitoring, cost cutting measures, inventory management…)

· Primary finance support for HR, IT, Marketing, and Finance leadership. Meet monthly with these leaders to communicate their performance against budget and forecast.

· Leverage AI (Chat GPT Enterprise) to automate manual processes and Microsoft Power BI to glean insight into actionable opportunities to drive improvements in the business.

· Prepare Excel templates for use by controllers to satisfy budgeting and forecasting requirements

· Provide ad hoc financial analyses as needed

Position requires collaboration with department managers, colleagues in other divisions, and current/potential customers.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

· Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

· Ability to adjust to changing priorities and cope with job related pressures/stress.
