POSITION SUMMARY
H-E Parts is embarking on a global business transformation to modernize its enterprise technology landscape, standardize business processes, and enable scalable growth across our worldwide operations.
We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Director to lead the execution of this multi-year transformation. Rather than defining strategy, this leader will operationalize an established roadmap into a disciplined, well-governed program that delivers measurable business outcomes.
This role requires an accomplished program executive who thrives in complex environments, can manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, and possesses the leadership skills to align executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners around a common vision.
The successful candidate will build the governance structure, establish integrated program plans, manage dependencies across workstreams, and ensure successful deployment of enterprise applications across North America, South America, Australia, and future global locations.
WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
You'll oversee execution of one of the company's most strategic business initiatives, including:
- Enterprise ERP implementation and global deployment
- Global process standardization
- Enterprise data governance initiatives
- Global part numbering standardization
- General Ledger redesign and financial process alignment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a Safety Champion
Demonstrate H-E Parts' commitment to safety by following company policies and promoting a culture of safety in every aspect of program delivery.
Lead Enterprise Program Execution
- Convert strategic vision into an executable enterprise program.
- Build and maintain integrated program plans.
- Establish governance structures and executive reporting.
- Manage program scope, budget, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive accountability across all workstreams.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner with:
- Executive Leadership

Manage Complex Dependencies
Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while managing:

Drive Enterprise Standardization
Promote a cloud-first, configure-not-customize philosophy by reducing legacy customizations and enabling scalable, standardized business processes.
Manage Vendor Relationships
Provide oversight and accountability for implementation partners, consultants, software vendors, and systems integrators.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience
- 10+ years leading enterprise technology programs
- Multiple successful ERP implementations
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide ERP execution—not strategy alone
- Industrial manufacturing experience
- Global ERP deployment experience
- Experience managing enterprise PMOs
- Experience managing large systems integrators
- Executive steering committee leadership
- Enterprise organizational change management
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
- ERP implementation methodologies
- Cloud-first enterprise architecture
- Enterprise integration
- IT and Operational Technology (OT)
- Data governance
- Master data management
