Position Summary

Guarantee the correct functioning of technological systems and services, including server, network and communications infrastructure. Design, propose and supervise strategies, plans, projects and procedures aimed at the development and optimization of the area. Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and policies established by HCM. Provide specialized advice on technological projects managed by other areas of the organization. Promote and safeguard the security and integrity of business information.

Job Description

1    Plan, coordinate and supervise projects for the implementation, updating or integration of technological systems.
2    Oversee the implementation of IT-related corporate policies.
3    Ensure the security and integrity of the company's information
4    Supervise the optimal operation of computer systems, servers, networks and communication platforms.
5    Coordinate the acquisition and allocation of technological equipment
6    Supporting internal and external customers by IT services
7     Manage and maintain telephony and internet service contracts
8     Maintain operational company networks
9    Monitor activities related to technical support and maintenance of installed software
10    Evaluate new technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
11    Guarantee the high availability, scalability and continuity of technological services.
12    Establish performance metrics and regular team evaluations.
13     Provide technical advice to support strategic decision-making.
14    Prepare and manage the budget of the IT area, optimizing costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
15    Ensure compliance with legal regulations and international standards related to technology and data protection.
